Job Duties
  • Achieving individual and store sales targets through active selling and upselling
  • Ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction in accordance with company guidelines
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines
  • Ensure stock is accurately replenished and organized on the shop floor and in the stockroom
  • Support store processes, including deliveries, transfers, and store opening/closing procedures
  • Handle point-of-sale processes including transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to reach targets and deliver a smooth store operation
  • Communicate customer feedback and product insights to management
  • Participate in ongoing training, new collection introductions, and sales techniques development
Skills / Requirements
  • Preferably 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and initiative-taking skills.
  • Customer service orientation and confidence in public relations.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
