Our business is driven by a strong network of more than 1,700 wholesale customers and a significant presence in brick & mortar retail with 60 corners, shops-in-shop, franchises, and own stores.

Job Duties

Ensure excellent customer service experience.
Organize and oversee the smooth operation of the store.
Oversee inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
Monitor and resolve operational issues on an ongoing basis.
Achieve sales targets and qualitative goals according to the brand’s commercial strategy.
Manage, train, and develop store personnel.
Create a positive team environment with open communication and clear expectations.
Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance.

Skills / Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role.
Strong communication, organizational, and initiative-taking skills.
Customer service orientation and confidence in public relations.
Excellent knowledge of English.
Strong computer and MS Office skills.
