Hospitality Business Development Manager

Job Duties

He/She will be responsible for:

  • Implementing the Business and Marketing plan for the Hospitality Business in Greece for existing and New B2B KEY account customers
  • Coordinating contacts with the existing Hospitality B2B Key account customers and preparing market visits plan
  • Maintaining relationships, following up on orders and executing them for the existing clientele Hotels in Greece

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepares presentations for new key accounts customers in Regions and targeted islands
  • Prepare and monitor P&L and marketing actions for all the key account clients
  • Supports the monthly preparations and monitors of the forecast process for the hospitality area. Cooperate with the supply team on the annual and monthly process.
  • Reports and monitors monthly business and management reports results versus budget
  • Supports the participation in local Hospitality fairs
  • Monitors trends and gathers market data
  • Cooperates with the Marketing department to achieve brand consistency in Hospitality business
  • Market and business analysis report and preparation of the annual quarterly budget
Skills / Requirements

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, marketing or hospitality
  • Minimum 2 years or more of experience in business/partnership development, travel/hospitality industry or other relevant business experience
  • Required Skills: Sales Negotiations, strategic thinking, influencing, synthetic approach, commercial acumen and P&L knowledge
  • English Proficiency level
  • Willing to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Direct Report to the Sales Director

A physical education background/sports science knowledge and an active lifestyle will be considered a plus.
